Each law firm included on the list was evaluated on six factors: quality of pay and benefits, work-life balance, job stability, physical and psychological comfort, belongingness and opportunities for professional development. The methodology for the Law Firms list included analyzing publicly available data and employing independent research firms to calculate metrics.
