Knobbe Martens Named a Regional Patent Disputes Firm of the Year At 2024 Managing IP Americas Awards

IRVINE, CALIF., April 29, 2024 – Knobbe Martens is pleased to announce that the firm was named Firm of the Year: Patent Disputes (West) at the 2024 Managing IP Americas Awards, held last week in New York.

This recognition follows the earlier announcement that the firm had been shortlisted by Managing IP in several additional categories including IP Boutique Firm of the Year.

The Managing IP Americas Awards recognize leading law firms, companies and individuals who have contributed to some of the most innovative and challenging IP work of the past year, and those who drive the international IP market.

Commenting on the award, Sheila Swaroop, chair of Knobbe Martens’ firmwide litigation practice, said, “This is a well-deserved honor for our patent litigators. Our clients trust Knobbe Martens to handle their important patent cases, and this award recognizes the strength of our group.”

Among other recent noteworthy successes, a team from Knobbe Martens represented Masimo in obtaining an import ban on Apple Watches that were found to have infringed Masimo’s patented pulse oximetry technology. More information on that success can be found here.
