The publication highlighted Ms. Swaroop’s role in several recent successes for Knobbe Martens’ clients, including a $634 million verdict for medical device company Masimo in a patent infringement dispute with Apple and a victory on summary judgment for Veros Credit in a case regarding trade-secret misappropriation.
