Overview
Kylie Snow’s focus is on patent preparation and prosecution in biotechnology, life sciences, and medical devices, as well as on patentability and due diligence work. Kylie has worked on portfolios covering cancer‑related therapeutics, diagnostics and biologics, gene therapy, medical devices, cosmetics, and nutrition compositions.
Before law school, Kylie earned her M.S. in Molecular and Cellular Biology, where her research focused on diagnostic assays for HPV associated cancers. While in law school, Kylie was on the executive board of Jurimetrics, The ABA Journal for Law, Science, and Technology, was a Senior Fellow of the McCarthy Institute for Intellectual Property, and was a Center Scholar for the Center for Law, Science, and Innovation. She also worked in the Lisa Foundation Patent Law Clinic, where she assisted small businesses and independent inventors in filing and prosecuting their patents and trademarks.
