Speaking with Law360 for an article on career prospects and job satisfaction for recent law school graduates, associate Zach Rufa said he felt “incredibly lucky” to have begun his legal career at Knobbe Martens.
The article, “Supersized Class Of 2024 Exceeds Job, Salary Predictions,” focused on a recent report from the National Association for Law Placement demonstrating that associates from the Class of 2024 are, on aggregate, faring well in their first full year in the legal profession based on job satisfaction surveys and salary data, among other factors.
While discussing his recruitment and hiring process, Mr. Rufa expressed that it was “remarkable” to have found an associate role at Knobbe Martens, a firm that aligns “so well” with his interests, following his graduation from law school.
Mr. Rufa, a member of Knobbe Martens’ Trademark and Brand Protection practice who is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office, also noted how his career background as a playwright not only contributed to his pursuit of a position in the intellectual property field but also continues to inform his practice on a daily basis.
