Overview
Sameer Khan is an associate in our Orange County office and works on litigation and prosecution cases for both patent and trademark matters.
Sameer received his J.D. from UC Irvine School of Law. There, he took part in the Intellectual Property, Arts, and Technology Clinic on the Technology Startup Team, was President of the Intellectual Property Law Society, and was a board member of the Middle Eastern and South Asian Law Students Association.
Prior to law school, Sameer received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA where he was a researcher in the Laser Shockwave and High Velocity Impact Physics Lab.
Sameer has professional experience across diverse industries, including autonomous vehicles, biomechanics, and video game development.
Sameer worked as a 2L summer associate at the firm and joined as an associate in 2024.
