Four Partners were selected as 2016 San Diego “Super Lawyers”; Partners Fred Berretta and Boris Zelkind were recognized for their work in intellectual property litigation, while Partners Michael Fuller and Ned Israelsen were recognized for their work in intellectual property law.
Partners Ben Anger and Maria Stout were selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers’ 2016 San Diego “Rising Stars” list. Mr. Anger was recognized for his work in intellectual property litigation and Ms. Stout was recognized for her work in intellectual property law.
In the “Super Lawyers” list, Super Lawyers recognizes the top five percent of attorneys in a region, selected through a process that includes peer nominations, a blue ribbon review panel and independent research of candidates. The San Diego “Rising Stars” list includes the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in San Diego who are age 40 or younger and/or have been in practice for less than ten years. They are nominated by lawyers who have personally observed them in action through co-counsel, opposing counsel or courtroom observation.
