Knobbe Martens has been recognized among the top 20% of law firms selected for inclusion in the Minority Corporate Counsel Association’s (MCCA) 2016 “Do Good, Do Well List”. The survey, conducted in partnership with Vault Consulting, LLC, measures firms that are diverse, inclusive and profitable – thus demonstrating that diversity and inclusion are complementary to profitability. Knobbe Martens ranked in the top ten of the firms recognized.
To determine diversity and profitability, the MCCA drew on The American Lawyer’s 2016 Am Law 200 report and The American Lawyer’s 2016 “Diversity Scorecard”. Over 15% of Knobbe Martens partners possess a racial or ethnic minority background – nearly double the national average for large law firms.
“We are proud to have achieved a prominent position on this list,” said Steven Nataupsky, Managing Partner of Knobbe Martens. “Since our earliest days we have worked hard to be a diverse and inclusive firm to enable us to provide the highest quality intellectual property legal services to our diverse client base.”
