Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear LLP has been recognized as one of the top 10 most diverse law firms in the United States by Law360. The leading legal news service released its first-ever “Minority Report” this week, identifying Knobbe Martens as having the 9th most racially diverse group of attorneys overall and ranking the firm 12th for the diversity of its partnership.
To compile its report, Law360 analyzed data from 289 firms. On average, minorities comprise 14% of attorneys and 8% of partners at participating firms. At Knobbe Martens, 23% of attorneys and 17% of partners identify as minorities.
“Knobbe Martens has been committed to fostering and supporting a diverse and dynamic team to serve its worldwide client base. While we are pleased to be recognized by Law360 for our efforts, we are by no means complacent. Continuing to enhance the diversity of our team, which we believe benefits every one of our clients, remains a top priority,” said Steven Nataupsky, the firm’s Managing Partner.
