The definitive list highlights 50 female executives, influencers and achievers impacting the technology industry. According to Dennis Kennedy, Founder and Chair of the National Diversity Council, the “Top Women Lawyers” list highlights “the most extraordinary female leaders in the legal field” and distinguishes “women dedicated to continuous success in their workplaces and communities”.
Based on a comprehensive selection process, Susan met all of the criteria of being a top leader in her profession, including contributing to business growth and strategic direction, maintaining a track record of accomplishments in her areas of expertise, inspiring and mentoring the next generation of women in the industry, operating with the highest integrity and ethical behavior, and demonstrating a commitment to corporate citizenship.
Susan Natland leads key organizations to advocate for laws that protect all brands (not just her client’s brands) and consumers worldwide. She gives back to the community through her work as a Professor at UCLA School of Law and her commitment to pro bono work for the Downtown Women’s Center in Los Angeles, Sheckler Foundation, Broadcom Foundation, and the Childhood Abuse Development Advocacy Counsel.
Susan has been highly involved in the International Trademark Association (INTA) for over 16 years, including serving as Chair of INTA Enforcement Committee where she oversaw 200+ members and 5 sub-committees. She has served on the INTA Anti-Counterfeiting Committee and currently serves on the INTA Leadership Development Committee to identify, encourage, mentor and develop future leaders of the organization.
Susan is currently a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, serves on the firm’s Diversity Committee and is Chair of the firm’s Data Privacy and Security group.
