Knobbe Martens, one of the leading intellectual property law firms in the nation, is pleased to announce the addition of a new litigation partner, Steven A. Maddox, to its Washington, D.C. office.
Mr. Maddox, formerly a partner with Foley & Lardner LLP, focuses his practice on patent litigation, with a special emphasis on the pharmaceutical industry. He brings nearly 20 years of litigation experience, and he has represented numerous pharmaceutical companies, including Cobalt Pharmaceuticals, Watson Pharmaceuticals, Kremers-Urban, Nabi Pharmaceuticals, and Andrx Pharmaceuticals.

Mr. Maddox is a graduate of Harvard University and the University of Virginia School of Law. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Thomas Griesa at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
