Knobbe Martens clients Edwards Lifesciences, Ephesoft, OPKIX and Sonendo were honored at OCTANe’s 26th annual “High Tech Awards” dinner September 12 at Balboa Bay Resort in Newport Beach.
The annual awards celebrate Orange County leaders in technology and medical technology innovation. Ike Kavas, CEO of Ephesoft, was honored as the “Best Small Technology Company CEO,” while OPKIX was awarded “Best Technology in a Consumer Product,” Sonendo for “Outstanding Innovation in Medical Technology,” and Edwards Lifesciences as the county’s “Outstanding Large Technology Company.”
The Orange County business community nominated more than 80 companies and individuals for consideration in nine awards categories. Knobbe Martens partners William Shreve, Shannon Lam, Amy Chun and Irfan Lateef attended the awards dinner, of which the firm was a silver sponsor.
