LOS ANGELES, Calif. June 28, 2023 – Knobbe Martens is pleased to announce that partner Brian Horne has been named a 2023 Legal Visionary by the Los Angeles Times. The Times identifies “Legal Visionaries” based on nominations and research on an individual’s career, practice, and successes.
Mr. Horne is the managing partner of Knobbe Martens’ Los Angeles office and an industry-recognized leading trial lawyer who litigates large-stakes cases in Southern California and throughout the country. His trial teams have won more than $1 billion, and his teams have been featured in The National Law Journal’s list of Top 100 verdicts on multiple occasions. He sits on the firm’s litigation and executive committees, where he invests significant time mentoring the firm’s up-and-coming litigators as well as providing direction and strategic planning for the Los Angeles office and the broader firm. Additionally, he is co-chair of the firm’s industry-leading medical device litigation practice group.
Mr. Horne is also highly involved in his community, including serving on several committees for the University of Southern California IP Institute, serving as vice chair of the patent litigation and remedies committee of the Intellectual Property Owners Association, and serving on the California Advisory Board for Law360. Beyond this, he also dedicates his personal time volunteering for several charitable organizations.
