Partner Joseph Re Named a 2021 Top Intellectual Property Lawyer by the Daily Journal

| Joseph R. Re

Knobbe Martens is pleased to announce that partner Joseph Re has once again been named to the Daily Journal’s list of Top Intellectual Property Lawyers for 2021, making this his 5th appearance in recent years.

Re, a nationally recognized trial and appellate attorney, has handled various high-stakes patent and trademark cases in his more than thirty years as an attorney, and was recently named 2020-21 President of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA). Re is the first Knobbe Martens attorney to lead the AIPLA since Founding Partner Don Martens served as President in 1995-96.

In addition to the Daily Journal’s accolade, Re was also recently recognized for his exceptional intellectual property litigation work in Benchmark Litigation’s 2021 U.S. guide.

The Daily Journal list is compiled annually based on nominations and editorial staff recommendations to select attorneys whose work in the IP space has had the most significant practice impact.
