| Lynda Zadra-Symes

Knobbe Martens is pleased to share that partner Lynda Zadra-Symes has been recognized by World IP Review (WIPR) as one of the “Most Influential Women in IP”. The list, which published in WIPR’s annual diversity issue, includes the “best and brightest” women in the global IP space.

Ms. Zadra-Symes was named among the most influential women in IP due to her three-plus decades at Knobbe Martens where she represents clients in high-stakes IP litigation, as well as her roles as co-chair of the firm’s trademark and copyright litigation practice and chair of its business development committee.

Commenting on the recognition, Knobbe Martens managing partner Steven Nataupsky said, “Lynda is an exceptional leader in our firm and our industry, and has been an advocate for and mentor to many lawyers—particularly women—throughout her distinguished career. I am immensely proud that her efforts have been recognized by her selection to this prestigious list.”

Ms. Zadra-Symes represents clients across a number of industries through all stages of U.S. litigation in federal courts throughout the country, the International Trade Commission and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Her practice involves all types of intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, false advertising, unfair competition, and rights of publicity.
