William Zimmerman, managing partner of Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear’s Washington, D.C. office, will participate in a panel discussion, “Litigating in Popular Districts,” at the Third Annual BNA/ABA Section of IP Patent Law Conference on October 6 at the Ritz-Carlton Pentagon City in Arlington, Va. Entitled “Using Today’s Patent Laws to Protect Tomorrow’s Technology: New Litigation Strategies,” the conference will highlight the recent changes to patent law as well new litigation strategies to cope with those changes.
The event will be hosted by the American Bar Association (ABA) and BNA Legal and Business Edge. BNA is a leading publisher of legal and regulatory information and analysis with over 350 publications and news services.
Zimmerman has worked extensively in the area of pharmaceutical litigation and serves as lead outside counsel for Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited.
