Joseph Re, litigation partner at Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear LLP, has been named the “Orange County Litigation – Intellectual Property Lawyer of the Year” for 2012 by Best Lawyers in America®. Mr. Re received the same honor in 2010.
Mr. Re handles large patent cases for the firm’s various technology clients. In the past three months, he tried two patent cases before juries. The first trial was in New York, New York for Swiss company Schindler Elevator and the second was in Beaumont, Texas for Applied Medical of Rancho Santa Margarita. In both cases, the juries answered every question in favor of the firm’s clients.
