Overview
Clayton Henson has a broad practice that involves all types of intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, trade secret, and antitrust matters. Clayton represents clients in both federal district courts as well as Inter Partes Reviews (IPRs) and Trademark Oppositions at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Clayton also practices patent prosecution in mechanical fields such as medical device. Additionally, Clayton advises clients regarding compliance with Data Privacy Laws and FDA drug advertising regulations.
