Knobbe Martens Receives Top IP Recognition from the Legal 500

Knobbe Martens is once again recognized in The Legal 500 “United States Guide.” The annual directory of the top legal service providers worldwide recognized the firm’s outstanding legal work in four intellectual property categories: Patent Licensing, Patent Litigation, Patent Prosecution (including re-examination and post-grant proceedings), and Trademarks: Non-Contentious (including prosecution, portfolio management and licensing). The guide distinguished the firm for its “representation of clients seeking to enter new markets, in particular in the medical device, computer, electronics and chemical industries. With an impressive track record in district court, PTAB and appellate representation, the group often profits from its close collaboration with its prosecution practice.”

In addition, fifteen partners were highlighted in the publication’s editorial, each for their significant achievements based on in-depth market research by a team of qualified journalists and lawyers, along with feedback from peers and clients. The Legal 500 described the firm’s attorneys as able to “deliver an ‘outstanding level of service’ and understand their ‘clients’ products on a deep level’.”
