San Diego Attorneys Boris Zelkind and Clayton Henson will conduct a webinar for the State Bar of California titled, "Star Athletica - The Supremes Weigh in on Copyrightability of Surface Decorations on Useful Articles", on May 31st.

The Supreme Court recently held that the surface decorations or designs incorporated into cheerleader uniforms of Varsity Brands are eligible for copyright protection. Our attorneys will discuss this decision and its strides toward creating uniformity in this area of law.
