On January 24, starting at 2:00 p.m. (EST), the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO) will offer a one-hour webinar titled "Patent Term Adjustment: Latest Developments." Knobbe Martens Partner, Eli Loots, will be a panelist and the presentation will consider:

  • What steps patent owners should take in light of recent court decisions such as Exelixis v. Kappos;
  • Recent USPTO rule changes including revisions in the rules of practice regarding the period of appellate review; and
