On Thursday, February 26, OneOC and the Public Law Center’s “Branding for Impact” Series for Non-Profits Presents:“Protecting Your Copyrights, Trademarks and Domain Names”. Orange County partners Jeff Van Hoosear and Greg Phillips will provide an overview on the basics of intellectual property law, including copyrights, trademarks and service marks, and domain names. Through this workshop, participants will learn:

  • How to protect program names, logos, websites, social media presence, publications and other materials.
  • How to identify if and when their organization has intellectual property rights to protect.
  • What the remedies are if and when their intellectual property is being infringed by others.
