ABTL presents, "Nuts & Bolts: Written and Unwritten Rules of Civility," a practical guide to civility in interactions and dealings with opposing counsel, the courts, and witnesses. The program will focus on best practices and strategies for maintaining a civil practice and promoting that behavior among the rest of the bar, with a special emphasis on tips for younger attorneys.
