- - UTC
Description

On November 28, the Federal Circuit Bar Association will host a webcast titled, "Litigating Unfair Competition At The ITC". Orange County Partner Stephen Larson will participate in the panel along with other esteemed speakers.

The ITC is well-known as a forum for litigating patent infringement. But its governing statute, popularly known as Section 337, encompasses many other causes of action, including: antitrust violations, unregistered trademark and trade dress infringement, and false advertising, among other forms of unfair competition. The panel will present a concise overview of these types of investigations and share recent developments in the law.
