Description

On Thursday, May 29, at 6:00 p.m., Knobbe Martens attorneys Loni Schutte, Jeff Van Hoosear, Lynda Zadra-Symes and Jason Jardine will present on intellectual property (IP) law issues, covering patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, unfair competition, and rights of publicity. The presentation will focus on IP law issues of particular interest to fashion designers. Additionally, the presentation will provide tips on how to use IP legal tools to protect and enforce IP rights in fashion designs and how to avoid allegations of infringement when creating new designs.
