We invite clients and friends on Thursday, January 12, 2017, to wrap-up their MCLE year with us. Attend this breakfast session which includes 1 hour on Competence Issues, 1 hour on Elimination of Bias and a half-hour 2016 IP year in review.

Licensed attorney and clinical psychologist, Dr. Alex Yufik, will speak on competence issues, including depression and substance abuse, and their effect within the legal profession. This conversation will be followed by a presentation by Professor Christine Goodman, Professor at Pepperdine School of Law, who will discuss the recognition and process of elimination of bias within the legal profession, especially in trial practice.The seminar will be concluded by Knobbe Martens Partner, Joe Re, who will discuss some of last year's important developments in an IP Year in Review.
