Knobbe Martens Partner Joseph Re will be speaking at the AIPLA 2014 Spring Meeting on Thursday, May 15 at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Re will be participating in a panel discussion on “Navigating Through the Shoals in Parallel Patent-Related Proceedings in the USPTO and in Litigation” and will specifically present on “Litigating a Patent-Related Dispute in Court While the USPTO is Reexamining or Reviewing the Same Patent.”

The American Intellectual Property Law Association is a premier legal association focusing on intellectual property issues of both national and international impact. The AIPLA 2014 Spring Meeting provides their members with a packed three days of programming on various intellectual property topics. The conference will also feature Mark Sandy Block, Paik Saber, and Terry Ilardi of IBM Corporation, and David Killough, Carole Boelitz, and Cliff Allen of Microsoft Corporation.
