The American Conference Institute (ACI) Paragraph IV Disputes Conference will take place April 24-26, 2017, in New York, NY. Partner Jared Bunker will participate in a panel discussion, "Illusory Safe Harbors: Exploring Uncertainties in the Boundaries of 271 (e) (1) and the Scope of Divided and Induced Infringement", on April 25th at 8:15 a.m. Following at 11:00 a.m., Partner Sheila Swaroop will participate in the panel discussion, "Examining the ITC as an Alternate Forum in an ANDA Challenge".
