Tom Krzeminski is a litigation partner in our Orange County office.
Mr. Krzeminski's practice focuses on the litigation, trial and appeal of pharmaceutical patent disputes arising under the Hatch-Waxman Act. In addition to his pharmaceutical litigation practice, Mr. Krzeminski has also litigated patent disputes in other technological areas, including, for example, mechanical devices, construction materials, and electronics.
Before joining the firm in 2000, Mr. Krzeminski served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ruggero J. Aldisert, Senior Judge for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Mr. Krzeminski became a partner of the firm in 2005.
