John L. Paik is a partner in our Orange County and San Francisco offices. He has extensive experience with the protection and management of intellectual property rights, including patent matters pending before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and international patent authorities. His practice also includes counseling on infringement and clearance issues, as well as intellectual property licensing, transactions, and due diligence.
John has a technical background in electrical engineering and represents clients in numerous fields, including robotics, medical devices, imaging, health and fitness tracking, wearable technologies, multimedia and video coding, wireless communications and power transfer, autonomous vehicles, computer software and hardware, and consumer electronics.
