David M. Dremann is an associate in the firm's Orange County office.

David practices intellectual property law, with a focus on IP litigation, patent preparation, and patent prosecution in various biomedical fields, particularly medical devices.

During law school, David was very active in the moot court program and represented the University of Illinois in a trademark moot court competition at the national level. Additionally, David worked for the University of Illinois Office of Technology Management determining invention patentability and performing IP valuation.

Mr. Dremann worked as a summer associate at the firm in 2011 and joined the firm in 2012.
